Born in Manchester in the 70’s, I’ve accumulated a rather colourful book of stories of which I would like to share, offer my opinions and advice.
I will be covering subjects such as family, relationships, substance abuse, mental health and general unhealthy coping mechanisms.
I would be honoured for you to join me on this journey. I hope to face my inner demons, admit my own failings and hopefully bring someone out there a small light to carry with them, when all seems so dark.
